Terms of Service

Effective

The short version: use SendSuite to send email you’re entitled to send. Your content stays yours.

The service

SendSuite lets you write reusable email templates with fields, fill the fields in, and send the emails from your own Gmail account: to a few people at a time, or one email per row of a spreadsheet. A Chrome extension lets you do the same from a side panel.

By using SendSuite you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account, and you must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for what is sent from your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us at contact@sendsuite.us if you think someone else has used it.

Gmail access

To send for you, SendSuite asks Google for permission to send email as you. It can’t read, list or delete your mail. Emails go out through your Gmail account, so they appear in your Sent folder and count toward Gmail’s sending limits, and Google’s own terms apply to them.

You can remove SendSuite’s access at any time in your Google Account’s security settings. Deleting your SendSuite account removes it too.

Acceptable use

Use SendSuite only for email you are entitled to send. You agree not to:

  • send spam, or email people who haven’t agreed to hear from you;
  • send anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful, or that infringes others’ rights;
  • break the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your email;
  • get around SendSuite’s limits, Gmail’s limits or Google’s policies;
  • attack, probe or overload the service, or use it to attack anyone else.

We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Limits

To keep the service reliable, SendSuite limits how many emails you can send in a day, how many people one send can go to, and how large attachments can be. The app shows the limits where they apply. We may change them, and Gmail may also refuse a message for its own reasons. When an email fails, SendSuite tells you which one, so you can fix it and try again.

Your content

Your templates, attachments and emails belong to you. You give SendSuite permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to email the people you send to. Please read how we handle health information in the Privacy Policy: SendSuite is not HIPAA-covered.

Price

SendSuite is free to use. If we ever add paid features, we will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features. If we plan to shut SendSuite down, we will give you notice in the app so you have time to copy what you need.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. That deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and removes SendSuite’s access to your Gmail. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Disclaimers

SendSuite is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that every email will be delivered: delivery depends on Gmail and on each recipient’s mail provider. Check your emails before you send them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SendSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of SendSuite. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that can’t be limited by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will point out significant changes in the app. If you keep using SendSuite after a change, you accept the new terms.
